SAVORY | Potato Pancakes



P O T A T O   P A N C A K E S

Crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside!
With sour cream on the side to give it that creamy taste.
Its really easy and makes a great appetizer! 



  L E T S   S T A R T  !



I N G R I D E N T S


Scallions( optional )
Sour cream (on the side for dipping)
Shredded cheddar cheese( 2 cups )
Potatoes( 3 )
flour ( 3 tbs )
Oil ( for frying )
Salt ( 2 tbs )
1 Egg

Before we start frying we need to prep our potatoes first.

boil water in a big pot
Put potatoes inside when the water start to boil
when its ready start peeling the skin



Mash the potatoes and then add in the egg, scallions, cheddar, flour and salt



About a spoon full of the mixture into a flat circle with 1/2 inch thickness 

Cover it with flour front and back

when the oil is hot carefully place the potato pancakes into the pan.
flip when its golden brown


Now its ready to eat! don't forget the sour cream
